Cover
Every job includes cover up to £250 for loss or damage while we have your goods. Declare a higher value when you book and the extra cover is added to the price before you pay.

Over £100,000, call us and we'll arrange cover first. Cover doesn't apply once goods are left in a safe place at your request.
What we don't carry
Glass, china, art, antiques, jewellery, watches, precious metals or stones, furs, cash or vouchers, prescription drugs, fragile or perishable goods, spirits or tobacco, firearms or flammables, animals and documents of title.
Mirrors, marble, antiques or a piano? Collection Only Delivery and PianoSpeed move them with specialist handling.
Packing
Pack goods to survive a van journey: boxed, wrapped and labelled with the delivery address. We can refuse anything unsafe to carry.
